Having been based on site for most times the past few years with occasional island-wide viewings, last two weeks must have been the busiest. Even my team-mates are not used to this madness.
No matter what our job calls for, it's great to be positive and get down to it. This not only ensures we deliver, but that we provide a more sincere approach for clients. As we are a small group, and likely to remain the same size as a preference, there is this necessity to be different so that we will be remembered for our diligence. What we are able to do different is in terms of performance and advice. None of my partners are compelled to talk shop only in positives. Our mantra will be to be honest in sharing our professional opinion. Something one can never do when working in a huge organisation, because management probably attended some self-improvement/motivational training.
What is motivational should never be the dishonest truth.
We should be rightly motivated not deliberately swayed because of corporate bull.
So, busy as we have been, everyone is very committed to our new mantra.
Kill the competition by our sincerity in getting the job done.
